Silicon Fiber

It is a type of fiber consisting of a combination of fibers in which filling material is placed during the production phase to look fuller.
Filling weights vary.
As the weight increases, the thickness of the product increases from cm-mm.
Thin or thick weights are chosen according to the product to be produced.
Production is made in certain grams as standard.
We have productions between 30g. and 500 g.
500g. + product weights are placed on special orders and a minimum order of 10.000 meters is processed.

Silicone Interlining Fiber

It is the form of interlining added to the silicone fiber.
In general, single interlining and optionally double interlining are produced.
Fusing is laminated (heating process) and adhered to the product.
Although it varies depending on the quality of the product, the interlining product does not sag and is therefore preferred because it facilitates sewing to the products.
30g. as standard. – 500g. Silicon interlining fibers are produced.
Minimum 5.000 meters order is processed for 500g. + Product thickness.

Thermo Fiber

Unlike our other products, thermo is produced using zero chemicals.
The product mixture is processed as fiber + fiber without spoiling the originality of the product.

Thermo has high air permeability. It is durable, does not hold moisture and gives a very soft touch feeling.

During the Kovid-19 Pandemic period, especially Hospitals and Shopping Mall etc. areas are conveyed to our customers for use in air conditioners (culverts).

Because it does not contain chemicals, it is used in both healthy and strong air conditioners.
It has been observed that the product is used securely without separating it into its fibers.

No interlining is used in our product. Silicone products are recommended for interlining products.
60g. as standard. – 500g. Thermo production is done.

Micro Fiber – Goose Down Equivalent

It is produced with a softer and smoother silicone that makes the micro different from other types.

Instead of the fibers made of goose down, micro should be introduced and preferred.

It is produced with or without interference. You can choose as stitched or laminated.

Bead Fiber

What is Bead Fiber? What are its Properties?

The bead fiber is shaped into tiny beads. Since the fiber beads are independent from each other, they follow our movements during sleep, move according to our head and neck and give the necessary support. This feature reflects superior comfort and homogeneous heat distribution to the products it uses.

The main properties of bead fiber are as follows:

• It does not cause allergies,
• Odorless,
• It can be washed in an automatic washing machine at 60 ° C and it dries easily. Some types can be washed at 95 ° C,
• It is long lasting,
